What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, the operating manager plays a crucial role in the franchise. Prior to opening a Buns On Fire franchise, at least one of two managers (one of whom must be a partner from the ownership group) must complete the initial training program to the Franchisor's satisfaction.

Even if the franchise owner has multiple Buns On Fire locations, a trained and approved manager must be on duty at all times that the Franchised Business is open. This highlights the importance of having qualified personnel overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to Buns On Fire's standards.

The franchisee also recognizes that Buns On Fire has entered into the agreement in recognition of the fact that franchisee will have full responsibility for the management and operation of the business and that the amount of profit or loss resulting from the operation of the business will be directly and solely attributable to the performance of Franchisee.
