What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the FDD does not specify a particular document that a franchisee must execute upon completion of the Buns On Fire training program. However, the FDD does state that all training must be completed to the Franchisor's satisfaction.

While the FDD does not name a specific document, it does mention several documents a franchisee might sign during the franchise relationship, such as the Franchise Agreement itself and acknowledgments related to commencement. It also discusses documents related to termination, such as those needed to remove the franchisee's listing from directories and transfer websites and phone numbers.

Prospective franchisees should inquire directly with Buns On Fire about any required documents upon completion of the training program to fully understand their obligations. This will help clarify what, if any, paperwork is needed to formally acknowledge the completion of training and ensure compliance with the franchise agreement.
