What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, training will be conducted by the then-current corporate store manager, lead supervisor, Sohaib Mohammed, or other experienced Buns On Fire personnel. To be considered experienced enough to conduct training, these individuals must have at least two years of experience working with Buns On Fire.

This requirement ensures that those providing training to new franchisees have a solid understanding of the Buns On Fire system, operations, and standards. This experience level helps maintain consistency and quality in the training process, which is crucial for the successful launch and operation of new franchise locations.

Prospective franchisees should note that the training program is mandatory, and failure to complete it to Buns On Fire's satisfaction can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement without a refund of the initial franchise fee. Therefore, understanding the qualifications and experience of the trainers is an important aspect of evaluating the support provided by the franchisor.
