What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buns On Fire's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can renew or extend the franchise agreement for one additional term. The initial franchise term is 10 years, and the renewal term is also 10 years.
To qualify for renewal, a Buns On Fire franchisee must be in substantial compliance with the franchise agreement. They must also pay the renewal fee. Furthermore, the franchisee may be required to remodel their location at their own expense as a condition of renewal.
It is important to note that Buns On Fire may ask the franchisee to sign a contract with materially different terms and conditions than the original agreement.
