Website

We will maintain a corporate website to advertise, market and promote the Buns on Fire business and our business worldwide, as well as franchise opportunities (the "Corporate Website"), which we periodically may update and modify. We will list your Buns on Fire Restaurant location and other information related to your Franchise Business on our Corporate Website. What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees need written approval to use advertising, promotional, and marketing materials that Buns On Fire has not prepared or previously approved. If a franchisee does not receive written approval within fifteen (15) days after Buns On Fire receives the materials, they are deemed disapproved, and the franchisee cannot use them.

Buns On Fire also maintains a corporate website to advertise, market, and promote the Buns On Fire business. Franchisees must obtain written consent from Buns On Fire to use any other Internet or mobile site, account, or web pages in connection with the Franchise Business or otherwise containing or displaying the Marks, including social media platforms.

While the FDD excerpts discuss advertising and marketing material approval, it does not specifically address whether written approval is needed to offer catering services. A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from Buns On Fire regarding the specific requirements for offering catering services, including whether it requires separate approval and if there are any specific guidelines or restrictions.
