You agree to comply with any additional policies and standards we issue periodically with respect to the Internet and e-commerce. Should we consent in writing to you advertising or usage of the Internet for your Franchise Business, you must supply us with the current usernames, passwords, credentials and other account information that you have used in connection with any accounts relating to any approved Internet usage of the Marks and we must have co-administrative rights to all web pages.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to any additional policies and standards the company issues regarding the Internet and e-commerce. Buns On Fire maintains control over all aspects of a franchisee's online presence, including URLs, domain names, website addresses, metatags, links, keywords, email addresses, bulletin boards, social media, chat rooms, and other electronic identifiers. All e-commerce activities must be conducted through the Corporate Website or a mobile application developed by Buns On Fire, and franchisees are not allowed to sell products over the internet.
If Buns On Fire provides written consent for a franchisee to advertise or use the Internet for their franchise business, the franchisee must supply all usernames, passwords, credentials, and other account information related to any approved Internet usage of the Buns On Fire marks. Buns On Fire must also have co-administrative rights to all web pages. The brand maintains and controls all social media accounts associated with franchised businesses to ensure consistency and quality of the company's message. If social media accounts are allowed, franchisees must comply with Buns On Fire's Social Media Policy.
Furthermore, franchisees cannot operate or build a website or other electronic media that provides content in the areas of the business that Buns On Fire operates, even if the site does not mention Buns On Fire or its affiliates or contain any of its information or branding, without written consent. This gives Buns On Fire broad control over the franchisee's internet and e-commerce activities, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to company policies.
