EXHIBIT "H" QUESTIONNAIRE
If you are purchasing an existing store from an existing Franchisee, you may have received information from the transferring Franchisee. That is a separate process. The questions below do not apply to any communications that you had with the transferring Franchisee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Questionnaire form is included as Exhibit H. This exhibit is separate from Exhibit G, which is the Franchisee Disclosure Acknowledgment Statement. The questionnaire is intended to ensure that prospective franchisees have received and considered all necessary information.
It is important to note that if a prospective Buns On Fire franchisee is purchasing an existing store from a transferring franchisee, the questions in Exhibit H do not apply to any communications with the transferring franchisee, as that is considered a separate process.
For franchisees in California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin, the questionnaire does not constitute a waiver of any claims under state franchise law, including claims related to fraud.
