What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must offer methods of delivery, such as in-store and delivery, as designated by Buns On Fire in the Confidential Operations Manual. This means that the specific delivery options a franchisee must provide are not explicitly listed in the FDD but are instead determined by Buns On Fire and detailed in the operations manual.

This requirement ensures uniformity across all Buns On Fire franchises and allows the franchisor to adapt delivery methods to changing consumer preferences or market conditions. For a prospective franchisee, this implies that they must be prepared to implement any delivery methods that Buns On Fire deems necessary, which could include in-store pickup, delivery services, or partnerships with third-party delivery platforms.

The franchisee's obligation to offer designated delivery methods is part of their agreement to maintain the brand's standards and reputation. Failure to comply with these requirements could potentially lead to a breach of the franchise agreement. Therefore, it is crucial for potential franchisees to carefully review the Confidential Operations Manual and understand the delivery methods that Buns On Fire requires.
