We currently have no advisory council composed of franchisees to advise us on our advertising policies. If we elect to establish an advisory council, you agree to participate in its activities and to pay any dues we may assess for administration of advisory council programs, and you will be responsible for your expenses incurred in
connection with advisory council programs. You will be permitted to vote for franchisee representatives on the advisory council in accordance with guidelines that we may establish from time to time. Furthermore, we will have the option to modify or eliminate any advisory council that we may establish from time to time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, Buns On Fire does not currently have an advisory council composed of franchisees. However, Buns On Fire retains the option to establish one in the future to advise on advertising policies.
If Buns On Fire establishes an advisory council, franchisees are expected to participate in its activities and cover any associated dues for the administration of advisory council programs, as well as their own expenses. Franchisees will have the opportunity to vote for franchisee representatives on the council, following guidelines set by Buns On Fire.
Buns On Fire also reserves the right to modify or eliminate any advisory council that may be established. This indicates that while franchisees may have input through an advisory council in the future, Buns On Fire maintains control over its structure and existence.
