You will be required to participate in marketing campaigns, including our loyalty program, if we establish one, under the terms we establish which we may change in our sole discretion. If established, your participation may include a requirement that you provide free product as incentives and rewards, as set forth in the loyalty program. We will administer any loyalty program established and we will make all decisions regarding its use, including all decisions regarding promotions, rewards, and incentives, which you may be required to provide at your own cost. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buns On Fire's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a loyalty program is established, Buns On Fire will administer it. This means Buns On Fire will handle all aspects of the program's operation.
Buns On Fire retains full authority over the loyalty program, including making all decisions about its use, promotions, rewards, and incentives. Franchisees may be required to provide free products as part of the program's incentives and rewards, potentially impacting their costs. The loyalty program's terms are subject to change at Buns On Fire's discretion, and they can discontinue the program at any time.
This level of control is common in franchising, allowing Buns On Fire to maintain brand consistency and manage marketing efforts effectively. However, franchisees should be aware of the potential costs associated with providing incentives and rewards and the possibility of program changes or discontinuation. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the details of any existing or planned loyalty programs, including the expected costs and benefits for franchisees.
