To develop and maintain high standards of quality and service, and to defend the reputation and goodwill of Franchisor, Franchisee agrees to conduct business and advertising using only the Marks designated by the Franchisor. Franchisee shall not do business or advertise using any other name.
Franchisee is not authorized to and shall not use the Marks or the words "Buns on Fire" by itself, or anything confusingly similar as part of Franchisee's corporate or other legal name or as a part of the legal name of any corporation, partnership, proprietorship or other business entity to which Franchisee is associated, or with a bank account, trade account or in any legal or financial connection, or as part of any e-mail address, domain name, social medial accounts, or other identification of Franchisee or Franchisee's business, in any medium.
