What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bumble Roofing Franchise Disclosure Document, the "Operational Start Date" is defined in Attachment A to the Franchise Agreement. This date is the earlier of (a) the date the franchisee begins operating their Bumble Roofing business, or (b) six months from the agreement's effective date.
Bumble Roofing franchisees must begin paying royalties and national branding & marketing fees on this Operational Start Date, regardless of whether they have begun business operations.
