What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Bumble Roofing Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing has the right to ensure that a franchisee's business employees are adequately trained to provide services that meet the franchisor's standards and procedures. The franchisee is expected to cooperate with Bumble Roofing in this regard, but Bumble Roofing's exercise of these rights should not unreasonably interfere with the franchisee's business operations.
Bumble Roofing may also require franchisees to comply with certain provisions, even if not all franchisees are required to do so. Additionally, franchisees must nominate a Designated Business Manager with the required experience to oversee all business operations. If a franchisee wants to change their Designated Business Manager, they must demonstrate to Bumble Roofing that the replacement is trained and qualified for the role.
Furthermore, Bumble Roofing may require franchisees to join trade associations or organizations that the franchisor deems beneficial for the business's operation. These stipulations ensure that Bumble Roofing maintains certain standards across its franchises and that franchisees have access to resources and training necessary for successful operation.
