What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing may require a franchisee or their Designated Business Manager to attend supplemental and refresher training programs that Bumble Roofing designates. Bumble Roofing may also charge a reasonable fee for these supplemental and refresher training programs. The franchisee is responsible for paying the then-current fee for such training programs, as well as all personal travel and living expenses associated with attending the training.
This means that as a Bumble Roofing franchisee, you might be obligated to participate in additional training beyond the initial program. These sessions could cover new techniques, updated procedures, or reinforce existing knowledge. The FDD indicates that these programs are not optional if Bumble Roofing designates them as mandatory.
Prospective franchisees should budget for these potential training costs, including fees, travel, and accommodation. It would be prudent to inquire about the frequency, content, and estimated costs of these supplemental training programs during the due diligence phase to better understand the ongoing investment in training and development required by Bumble Roofing.
