Under what circumstances might Bumble Roofing delete the Household Limit?

Bumble_Roofing Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We reserve the right to change, modify, or delete the Household Limit in our sole discretion. We will use our business judgment to determine whether the Household Limit makes good business sense for us and all of our franchisees. Enforcing the Household Limit may not be practical when considering limitations on geography, housing availability, natural physical boundaries and population and demographic shifts. In the event that utilizing a Household Limit does not make good business sense as determined by us we may delete the Household Limit in our sole discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company reserves the right to change, modify, or delete the Household Limit in its sole discretion. The FDD specifies that Bumble Roofing will use its business judgment to determine whether the Household Limit makes good business sense for them and all of their franchisees.

The document outlines that enforcing the Household Limit may not be practical when considering limitations on geography, housing availability, natural physical boundaries, and population and demographic shifts. Therefore, if Bumble Roofing determines that utilizing a Household Limit does not make good business sense, they may delete it at their discretion.

This clause provides Bumble Roofing with significant flexibility in adjusting its franchise model based on evolving market conditions and business needs. For a prospective franchisee, this means that the initial Household Limit defined in their agreement may not be a fixed parameter. It could be subject to change or elimination, potentially impacting the franchisee's market size and revenue potential. It would be prudent for a prospective franchisee to discuss with Bumble Roofing the specific factors that could trigger a change to the Household Limit and how such changes would be communicated and managed.
