What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there appears to be no explicit limit to the number of territories a franchisee can purchase. The FDD outlines a multi-territory discount structure, detailing the cumulative initial franchise fees for up to 10 territories. This suggests that franchisees can acquire at least up to 10 territories.
However, the document does state that Bumble Roofing does not anticipate granting a single territory that exceeds 149,999 single-family households. If a franchisee seeks to expand an existing territory beyond the standard 100,000 household limit, they may be subject to an additional household fee of $0.25 per household exceeding that limit.
While the FDD provides information on multi-territory discounts and additional household fees, it does not explicitly state a maximum number of territories a franchisee can own. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Bumble Roofing whether there are any unstated limits or restrictions on the number of territories that can be purchased, and what factors might influence the franchisor's decision to approve or deny the purchase of additional territories.
