What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all equipment, tools, and other items used in the business must meet the franchisor's standards and specifications. This requirement extends to advertising and promotional materials, services, inventory, products, signage, supplies, and uniforms. Bumble Roofing franchisees must use only those items that are produced or approved by the franchisor, and they must use them in the manner and during the period specified by Bumble Roofing.
Bumble Roofing franchisees are obligated to add, eliminate, substitute, and modify equipment, tools, services, products, inventory, supplies, signage, uniforms, and other items as soon as possible to comply with any changes in the franchisor's specifications and requirements. Furthermore, the franchise location and everything related to it must be maintained in good condition and kept clean, neat, and sanitary. Franchisees are responsible for performing all maintenance, repairs, and replacements reasonably requested by the franchisor or needed in connection with the business.
This standardization ensures uniformity across all Bumble Roofing franchise locations, maintaining brand consistency and quality. For a prospective franchisee, this means adhering to strict guidelines regarding the selection and maintenance of all business-related items. While this may limit autonomy in choosing equipment and supplies, it also provides the benefit of leveraging the franchisor's expertise and pre-approved resources, potentially reducing the risk of selecting substandard or incompatible items. Franchisees should be prepared to invest in equipment and supplies that meet Bumble Roofing's specific requirements and to adapt to any future changes in these standards.
