Bumble Roofing also provides franchisees with a confidential operating manual that contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules. Franchisees are required to operate their Bumble Roofing business strictly in accordance with the specifications and standards outlined in the manual. Failure to comply with these standards constitutes a material breach of the Franchise Agreement.
