What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Bumble Roofing Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee owns multiple Bumble Roofing franchises, the franchisor and franchisee may modify the provisions of the existing franchise agreements. This modification is intended to accommodate the franchisee's ownership of multiple franchised businesses.

According to the FDD, Bumble Roofing and the franchisee can make these modifications through an "Aggregate Reporting Addendum." This addendum serves as a formal agreement to alter specific terms of the original franchise agreements. The specific modifications will be outlined within the addendum itself, reflecting the mutual understanding and agreement between Bumble Roofing and the franchisee.

Furthermore, the 2025 FDD states that Bumble Roofing and a franchisee can use a "Successor Addendum" to modify the terms of a Successor Franchise Agreement. This addendum is used when the franchisee and franchisor intend to enter into a successor franchise agreement and wish to amend its terms. The Successor Addendum incorporates its terms into the Successor Franchise Agreement, outlining the specific changes and amendments to the new agreement.
