What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing has the right to ensure that a franchisee's employees are properly trained. Bumble Roofing can require that the franchisee demonstrate that their business employees are adequately trained to provide services that meet Bumble Roofing's standards and procedures.

This requirement ensures that all Bumble Roofing locations maintain a consistent level of service quality. It protects the brand's reputation and customer experience. Franchisees must cooperate with Bumble Roofing in demonstrating employee training, but Bumble Roofing's exercise of this right should not unreasonably interfere with the franchisee's business operations.

Furthermore, if a franchisee wants to change their Designated Business Manager, they must demonstrate to Bumble Roofing's satisfaction that the replacement manager is also trained and qualified to handle all aspects of the business. This ensures that key management personnel also meet Bumble Roofing's training standards. This requirement helps maintain operational consistency and service quality across all franchise locations.
