Provide you with our specifications for all initial and replacement equipment, tools, supplies, inventory and Required Items for the operation of your Roofing Business (Section 7.3(c) of the Franchise Agreement).
Provide an initial training course for you, or if you are not an individual, your Designated Business Manager and one additional person in California, Virginia, or at another location we designate (Section 7.3(d) of the Franchise Agreement).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to opening a Roofing Business, Bumble Roofing will provide franchisees with specifications for all initial and replacement equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, and Required Items. This is a pre-opening obligation that Bumble Roofing provides to its franchisees.
In addition to providing specifications for equipment, Bumble Roofing will also provide a list of makes and models of vehicles suitable for use as trucks dedicated to the Roofing Business. They will also provide specifications and supplier information to have the initial trucks outfitted and decorated with their trade dress.
Furthermore, Bumble Roofing requires franchisees to have or purchase a personal computer that runs on a Windows or Macintosh operating system, along with Microsoft Office XP Professional or a more recent version. The franchisee must update the computer system as Bumble Roofing may require periodically to meet their specifications as they evolve. Upgrades may only be available through Bumble Roofing's suppliers, and neither Bumble Roofing nor any supplier has any obligation to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates to the Computer System.
