Bumble_Roofing Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Other than the Initial Franchise Fee, we will not provide any direct or indirect financing, as described more fully in Item 10.

In limited circumstances, we may offer to finance up to 80% of your Initial Franchise Fee.

Type of Expenditure (1) Estimated Low/High Amount Method of Payment When Due To Whom Payment is Made
Initial Franchise Fee (2) $49,500 Lump sum Upon signing the Franchise Agreement Franchisor
Equipment and Vehicles (4) $11,598/$79,434 As incurred Before Launch Franchisor, vendors

The above estimates assume that you will lease or purchase a vehicle that meets our then-current standards and specifications, in addition to the required vehicle graphics and equipment to operate a single Franchise in a single territory. The high figure assumes you fund the entire purchase with cash at the highest end of the price range. The low figure assumes you finance with a 20% down payment as described below. As noted in Item 8 certain proprietary products, including vehicle wraps and graphics, certain services, equipment or tools required or developed in the future may be supplied solely by us. These estimates are based on a 20% down payment, with the remainder financed over a 60-month term, at an interest rate of 9% plus three months of payments. Your down payment, term and interest may vary. You must obtain the required initial equipment prior to commencing operations.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing does not provide direct or indirect financing to franchisees, except that in limited circumstances, they may offer to finance up to 80% of the initial franchise fee. The initial franchise fee is $49,500.

The FDD outlines various estimated initial investment costs, such as equipment and vehicles, where financing options may be available through third-party vendors. For instance, the document mentions financing a vehicle with a 20% down payment, with the remainder financed over a 60-month term at a 9% interest rate, plus three months of payments. The cost for the equipment and vehicles ranges from $11,598 to $79,434.

While Bumble Roofing doesn't directly provide financing for these other expenses, it's important for prospective franchisees to explore these third-party financing options to manage the initial investment. The availability and terms of financing will depend on factors like creditworthiness and the lending policies of financial institutions. Franchisees should carefully consider these financing terms and their own financial situation before making any commitments.
