What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any notice of default and all notices or other communications required or permitted must be in writing. The notification can be delivered (a) by hand, (b) via a nationally recognized overnight courier, or (c) by electronic mail.

The FDD specifies that notices to Bumble Roofing should be sent to the General Counsel at their headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia, with a copy to Lathrop GPM, LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The email addresses for both are also provided.

While the FDD outlines how a franchisee should send notices to Bumble Roofing, it does not explicitly detail the exact process Bumble Roofing will use to notify a franchisee of termination. It only states the acceptable methods of communication. A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from Bumble Roofing regarding the specific steps and timeline involved when the franchisor initiates a termination notice.
