What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at national, regional, or local conferences is not currently required, but may become mandatory in the future. If Bumble Roofing holds these conferences, franchisees must pay a conference fee, which currently ranges from $300 to $750 per person. Franchisees are also responsible for covering all travel and living expenses associated with attending these conferences. These future training events may be held at Bumble Roofing's headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, or at another location chosen by them.
Bumble Roofing may also choose to provide mandatory annual conferences. Franchisees are responsible for paying the conference fees, if any, as well as all travel and living expenses to attend these annual conferences. The annual conference may be held at Bumble Roofing's corporate headquarters or at a location they choose.
It is important to note that while attendance at these conferences is not currently mandatory, Bumble Roofing reserves the right to make them mandatory in the future. This means that franchisees should be prepared to potentially incur these costs during the term of their franchise agreement. Franchisees should factor in these potential costs when evaluating the overall financial investment required to operate a Bumble Roofing franchise.
