What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement has an initial term of 7 years, as stated in Section 3 of the Franchise Agreement. Bumble Roofing does offer franchisees the option to renew or extend their franchise term. If a franchisee wishes to renew and satisfies all preconditions for obtaining a Successor Franchise, Bumble Roofing will offer the right to obtain an additional term.
The length of the additional term will be equal to Bumble Roofing's then-current initial term, but it will not be less than 5 years. This means that franchisees in good standing have the opportunity to continue operating their Bumble Roofing franchise beyond the initial 7-year term, providing they meet the necessary requirements and agree to the terms of the successor franchise agreement.
To renew the franchise, franchisees must sign Bumble Roofing's then-current successor franchise agreement.
