What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing does provide both pre-opening and ongoing support to its franchisees. Specifically, Bumble Roofing will inform franchisees of mandatory specifications, standards, and procedures for operating the roofing business. They also conduct research on new products, services, and methods, providing franchisees with information on these developments at their discretion.
Bumble Roofing also maintains a National Branding & Marketing Fund to develop promotional brand awareness and advertising programs. Franchisees gain access to advertising materials through a graphics package included in the manual, as detailed in Section 11. Additionally, Bumble Roofing may offer bookkeeping services to franchisees for a fee.
Furthermore, Bumble Roofing may require franchisees or their Designated Business Manager to attend supplemental and refresher training programs, charging a reasonable fee for these programs, with the franchisee covering the training fees and personal travel and living expenses. A representative of Bumble Roofing may also provide additional assistance as deemed necessary in their sole discretion. If a franchisee feels that Bumble Roofing has not adequately provided pre-opening guidance, coaching, and assistance, they must notify Bumble Roofing in writing within 30 days of opening their business to avoid being deemed to have acknowledged that the support was sufficient.
