What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may need to pay an Additional Household Fee if their territory exceeds the Household Limit of 100,000 single-family households. The Additional Household Fee is $0.25 per single-family household exceeding this limit. Bumble Roofing determines the number of single-family households using U.S. Census Data or other statistical sources.

This fee could significantly impact a franchisee's operating costs if their territory is densely populated. For example, if a territory contains 150,000 single-family households, the franchisee would pay an additional fee for the 50,000 households exceeding the limit. This would amount to $12,500 (50,000 x $0.25).

Bumble Roofing retains the right to modify or delete the Household Limit at its discretion. This means that the Additional Household Fee could be eliminated or changed, impacting future financial obligations. Prospective franchisees should consider the potential financial impact of this fee when evaluating territory options and discuss with Bumble Roofing the likelihood of changes to the Household Limit policy.
