Bumble_Roofing Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Before the opening of your Roofing Business, we provide an initial training program. You must attend and successfully complete the training program to our satisfaction.
Under the Franchise Agreement, before you begin operating your Roofing Business and within 90 days of the mutual execution of your Franchise Agreement, you or, if you are not an individual, a "Designated Business Manager" must attend and successfully complete to our satisfaction our initial training program. You may have additional person(s) attend the initial training program at no additional training fee. If the Designated Business Manager's employment with you is terminated, you must designate a new Designated Business Manager who must successfully complete our initial training program within 90 days after the termination of the initial Designated Business Manager, unless we do not hold an initial training program during that 90-day period in which case the replacement Designated Business Manager must attend and successfully complete the first available initial training program held by us. The costs for airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, personal expenses, and the Designated Business Manager's salary and benefits must be paid by you.
There is no tuition or fee for the initial training program for you or your Designated Business Manager or additional staff members as we mutually agree. We do not pay any travel expenses, lodging, meals, ground transportation or other personal expenses.
Our training program generally consists of the following topics:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
The 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document for Bumble Roofing does not specify the exact number of hours dedicated to classroom sales training. However, it does state that before opening their Roofing Business, new franchisees must attend and successfully complete an initial training program to Bumble Roofing's satisfaction. This program is also required for a Designated Business Manager, and additional staff can attend at no extra training fee.
The Bumble Roofing FDD lists the topics covered in the training program, including 'Sales and Customer Service,' which is allocated 14 pages in the Operations Manual. The franchisor uses the Operations Manual as the sole reference material during training sessions, and new franchisees receive a copy to review carefully. The franchisor may also require franchisees or their Designated Business Managers to attend supplemental and refresher training programs, for which fees and travel expenses are the franchisee's responsibility.
Because the FDD does not state the exact number of hours of sales training, prospective franchisees should ask Bumble Roofing for a detailed breakdown of the training schedule, including the time allocated to each topic. This will help them understand the depth and focus of the sales training they will receive.
