What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use specific hardware, software, and communication systems as prescribed in the Manual, which may be modified periodically by Bumble Roofing. Franchisees must comply with any separate software or other license agreements that Bumble Roofing or its designee uses in connection with the System.
Bumble Roofing franchisees are obligated to use Bumble Roofing's required software and, if established, a proprietary database management and intranet system. This system serves as the exclusive means for tracking and maintaining customer, vendor, and lead information, as well as for other uses prescribed periodically by Bumble Roofing in the Manual.
Furthermore, the FDD states that monthly sales reporting may occur through mandatory software, including the automatic draft via electronic transfer of Royalty Fees and National Branding & Marketing Fees. This indicates that Bumble Roofing has the ability to monitor sales and collect fees electronically, ensuring compliance and potentially streamlining the accounting process for both the franchisee and franchisor.
