What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before you can open your roofing business, you must furnish Bumble Roofing with copies of all insurance policies and certificates required by the Franchise Agreement, or other documentation of insurance coverage and payment of premiums that Bumble Roofing requests.
This requirement ensures that franchisees have adequate insurance coverage to protect both their business and Bumble Roofing from potential liabilities. Franchisees must ensure they understand the specific insurance requirements outlined in the Franchise Agreement and obtain the necessary policies. Failure to provide the required insurance documentation can delay or prevent the opening of the franchise.
It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully review the Franchise Agreement and consult with an insurance professional to determine the appropriate coverage levels and types of policies needed to meet Bumble Roofing's requirements. Maintaining proper insurance coverage is a crucial aspect of operating a Bumble Roofing franchise and protecting your investment.
