What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the annual conference may be held at the corporate headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, or at another location chosen by Bumble Roofing. Franchisees are responsible for covering conference fees, if any, as well as all travel and living expenses to attend the conference.

While attendance at these conferences is currently recommended, Bumble Roofing retains the right to make future conference calls, meetings, or conferences mandatory. This means that franchisees should be prepared to budget for these expenses, as they may become a required part of their franchise agreement. The FDD specifies that the conference fee currently ranges from $300 to $750 per person.

It is important for prospective franchisees to consider these potential costs and obligations when evaluating the Bumble Roofing franchise opportunity. Understanding the location and cost implications of mandatory conferences is crucial for financial planning and ensuring compliance with the franchise agreement.
