GMI is a Delaware limited liability company with a principal business address of 5575 DTC Parkway, Suite 100, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111. In January 2021, GMI became an affiliate through an acquisition. As of September 30, 2024, GMI operated company-owned units under the following brand names: Grease Monkey, SpeeDee Oil and Auto, American LubeFast, Economy Oil Change, Grease Monkey, Herbert Auto Emissions, Herbert Automotive, Ingleside Auto, Insta-Quick, Kwik Kar, Minit Man, SpeeDee, Super Lube Plus, Texas Express, Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppes. Some of the units are a non-Grease Monkey brand but are substantially similar to the Grease Monkey franchise.
