What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, future training events, such as national, regional, or local conference calls, meetings, or conferences, will be held either at the company's headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, or at a location chosen by Bumble Roofing. Attendance at these conferences is strongly recommended but not required as of the FDD's issue date; however, Bumble Roofing retains the right to make these events mandatory in the future. Franchisees are responsible for covering conference fees, which range from $300 to $750 per person, as well as all travel and living expenses associated with attending these events.

Bumble Roofing may also conduct mandatory annual conferences, with the location being either the corporate headquarters or a site of their choosing. Franchisees are obligated to pay for conference fees and all travel and living expenses to attend these annual conferences.

These stipulations regarding training locations and associated costs are important for prospective franchisees to consider, as they can impact the overall investment and operational expenses of running a Bumble Roofing franchise. Franchisees should factor in potential travel costs and conference fees when planning their annual budgets, especially if attendance becomes mandatory.
