All equipment, products, supplies, tools and other items necessary to add the newly required Services or Products must be acquired, installed, and utilized at the time and in the manner required by Franchisor.

The marketing of new Services and Products must begin at the Business as reasonably required by Franchisor.

  • (f) No service or product, except approved Services or Products, may be offered for sale from the Territory, unless Franchisee receives the prior written consent of Franchisor (which may be granted or denied in Franchisor's sole discretion).

  • (g) Only advertising and promotional materials, services, equipment, tools, inventory, products, signage, supplies, and uniforms that meet Franchisor's standards and specifications shall be used at the Business.

Advertising and promotional materials, tools, services, equipment, inventory, products, signage, supplies and uniforms produced or approved by Franchisor for use by Franchisee may be used only in the manner and during the period specified by Franchisor.

  • (h) Equipment, tools, Services, Products, inventory, supplies, signage, uniforms and other items must be added, eliminated, substituted and modified at the Business as soon as possible in accordance with changes in Franchisor's specifications and requirements.
