According to the 2025 Bumble Roofing FDD, a franchisee seeking to execute a Successor Franchise Agreement must fulfill several conditions. These include paying Bumble Roofing a successor franchise fee. This fee is the greater of $5,000 or 25% of the then-current initial franchise fee. This payment is due when signing the Successor Franchise Agreement.

Additionally, the franchisee must execute a general release of all claims against Bumble Roofing, its officers, directors, members, shareholders, agents, affiliates, and employees. This release covers all claims arising under any federal, state, or local law, rule, or ordinance related to the Franchise Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and must be in a form satisfactory to Bumble Roofing.

Furthermore, the franchisee is required to upgrade the computer system and vehicle used in the business to Bumble Roofing's current standards. They must also provide proof of current licenses, insurance, and any necessary permits to Bumble Roofing. Finally, the franchisee must meet any other conditions that Bumble Roofing reasonably requires at the time of the agreement.
