ACKNOWLEDGMENT ADDENDUM TO BUMBLE ROOFING® FRANCHISE AGREEMENT*
As you know, you and we are entering into a Franchise Agreement for the operation of a BUMBLE ROOFING® franchise. The purpose of this Acknowledgment Addendum is to determine whether any statements or promises were made to you that we have not authorized or that may be untrue, inaccurate or misleading, and to be certain that you understand the limitations on claims that may be made by you by reason of the offer and sale of the franchise and operation of your business. Please review each of the following questions carefully and provide honest responses to each question.
This Questionnaire does not apply to franchisees who intend to operate the franchised business in the State of California. Do not complete this Questionnaire or respond to any of the questions contained in the Questionnaire if you intend to operate the franchised business in the State of California.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Acknowledgment Addendum is designed to confirm that no unauthorized or misleading statements were made during the franchise sales process and to ensure the franchisee understands the limitations on potential claims related to the franchise. Franchisees are required to carefully review each question in the addendum and provide honest responses.
The document emphasizes the importance of the franchisee's answers, stating that Bumble Roofing will rely on them. By signing the addendum, the franchisee represents that they have thoughtfully considered each question and responded truthfully. If additional space is needed for any answer, the franchisee should continue on a separate sheet and attach it to the addendum.
However, franchisees intending to operate in California, Maryland, or Washington should not complete or sign the Acknowledgment Addendum. Furthermore, if the franchisee is a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other entity, each of its principal owners must execute the acknowledgment. This ensures that all key individuals involved in the franchise are aware of and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the addendum.
