What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must nominate a Designated Business Manager. This manager must have the required experience and will be directly responsible for all operations of the Bumble Roofing business.
If a franchisee wants to change the Designated Business Manager, they must demonstrate to Bumble Roofing's satisfaction that the replacement is trained and qualified to handle all aspects of the business. This ensures that the business operations continue smoothly and meet Bumble Roofing's standards.
This requirement ensures that each Bumble Roofing franchise has a competent and qualified individual overseeing its daily operations. For a prospective franchisee, this means they need to either personally fulfill this role or hire someone who meets Bumble Roofing's criteria. This could involve additional costs for training or recruitment to find a suitable manager.
