What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bumble Roofing Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no mention of an "Attachment I" to the Franchise Agreement. However, Item 22 lists several attachments that a franchisee is expected to execute. These include Attachment F, a Sample Release Agreement, State-Specific Addenda, an Acknowledgement Addendum, and a Promissory Note.
Additionally, franchisees must sign a successor franchise agreement and all other agreements in the form then being used by Franchisor in granting new franchises. Franchisees must also execute a general release of all claims Franchisee may have against Franchisor, its officers, directors, members, shareholders, agents, Affiliates, and employees, whether in their corporate and/or individual capacities. Franchisees must also execute a Successor Addendum to the Successor Franchise Agreement.
