What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bumble Roofing Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing emphasizes the importance of properly trained employees. Bumble Roofing retains the right to ensure that a franchisee's employees are adequately trained to provide services that meet Bumble Roofing's standards and procedures. The franchisee is obligated to cooperate with Bumble Roofing in this regard, ensuring their employees are well-versed in the required practices. However, Bumble Roofing's exercise of these rights should not unduly interfere with the franchisee's business operations.

Furthermore, Bumble Roofing requires franchisees to nominate a Designated Business Manager who possesses the necessary experience to oversee all aspects of the business. If a franchisee wishes to replace their Designated Business Manager, they must demonstrate to Bumble Roofing's satisfaction that the proposed replacement is equally trained and qualified to handle the responsibilities of the position. This ensures that a competent individual is always in charge of the business's operations, maintaining the quality and standards expected by Bumble Roofing.

These stipulations in the franchise agreement highlight Bumble Roofing's commitment to maintaining service quality and operational standards across all its franchise locations. By ensuring that employees are properly trained and that a qualified manager is in place, Bumble Roofing aims to provide consistent and reliable service to its customers, thereby protecting the brand's reputation and fostering customer loyalty. For a prospective franchisee, this means they must prioritize employee training and development and ensure that their Designated Business Manager meets Bumble Roofing's requirements.
