What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must furnish an accounting of their Individual Advertising Investment expenditures to Bumble Roofing. This accounting must be provided monthly or yearly, as prescribed by Bumble Roofing, and upon Bumble Roofing's request. The accounting must be submitted on a form approved by Bumble Roofing.

This means that franchisees need to keep detailed records of their advertising spending and be prepared to submit them regularly to Bumble Roofing. The specific timing (monthly or yearly) and the exact form to use will be determined by Bumble Roofing. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand what Bumble Roofing requires for this form, and how often it must be submitted.

Bumble Roofing also retains the right, but not the obligation, to collect the minimum required Individual Advertising Investment from the franchisee and administer it on marketing and advertising investments in the franchisee's Territory on the franchisee's behalf. This provides Bumble Roofing with an option to manage advertising funds directly, ensuring that the required investment is made and potentially leveraging economies of scale or expertise in marketing. Franchisees should clarify with Bumble Roofing whether they intend to exercise this option and under what circumstances.
