You must operate your Roofing Business per our standard business operating practices and sign our standard franchise agreement ("Franchise Agreement"). A copy of our current form Franchise Agreement is attached as Exhibit B. The geographic area granted to you under the Franchise Agreement is referred to as the "Territory." Your Roofing Business must offer only authorized services and products as described in the Operations Manual. We have the right to add, modify, or delete any services or products that you must offer or sell at your Roofing Business at any time.

We offer a Franchise to those who meet our then-current standards and qualifications, in our determination. As a Franchise operator you may operate one Roofing Business for each Franchise Agreement you sign with us.

We will grant one license to a franchisee for up to 100,000 single-family households in a designated geographical area ("Territory"). We will use the most recent single-family household and demographic information available in the U.S. Census Data, or other statistical sources of our choosing to determine the single-family household count and resulting Territory.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a copy of the current Franchise Agreement is included as Exhibit B. The Franchise Agreement is the standard agreement that franchisees must sign to operate a Bumble Roofing business according to the franchisor's standard business operating practices.

The Franchise Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which a franchisee is granted the right to operate a Bumble Roofing business. It specifies the geographic area, referred to as the "Territory," in which the franchisee is authorized to operate. The agreement also stipulates that the Roofing Business must offer only authorized services and products as described in the Operations Manual, which Bumble Roofing retains the right to modify.

Furthermore, the Franchise Agreement may include addenda, such as the Aggregate Reporting addendum, which addresses operational overlaps for franchisees operating multiple contiguous territories from a single location. This addendum allows for streamlined reporting and operational flexibility under certain conditions.
