Bumble_Roofing Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
- (1) Expenditures. The estimated high and low ranges in the table are based on the past experience of Bumble Predecessor and company owned BUMBLE ROOFING® businesses and our estimate. All fees imposed by us are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. Fees and expenses paid to vendors or other third parties may or may not be refundable depending on the arrangements you make with them. The above chart reflects the estimated costs for a single territory.
- (2) Initial Franchise Fee. For start-up franchises, the above chart assumes you did not qualify for any discounts and paid the standard Initial Franchise Fee. The high end of the range assumes you paid the standard Initial Franchise Fee is due when you sign the Franchise Agreement

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated initial investment covers costs for a single territory. The FDD specifies that the chart reflecting estimated costs is for a single territory. Franchisees should keep this in mind when planning their initial investment, as operating in multiple territories would require significantly more capital.
Specifically, the ongoing advertising/marketing fees are per territory. The FDD states that these amounts are the minimum a franchisee may spend and do not impose a maximum limit. These obligations begin one month prior to opening and must be spent in accordance with Bumble Roofing's allocation on approved advertising and vendors.
Additionally, the equipment and vehicle estimates assume operation in a single territory. The document specifies that if a franchisee does not already own a suitable vehicle, they must lease or purchase one that meets Bumble Roofing's standards, along with the required vehicle graphics and equipment to operate a single franchise in a single territory. The estimates for equipment and vehicles range from $11,598 to $79,434.
