We have the right to inspect, copy and use all records with respect to the customers, suppliers, and other services providers of, and related in any way to, your Roofing Business. This includes, without limitation, all databases (whether in print, electronic, or other form), including all names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and customer purchase records. We may use or transfer the records in any way we wish, both before and after any termination, expiration, repurchase, transfer or otherwise. We may contact any or all of your customers, suppliers, and other service providers for quality control, market research, and other purposes, as we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing has extensive rights regarding a franchisee's business records and relationships. Bumble Roofing retains the right to inspect, copy, and utilize all records pertaining to a franchisee's customers, suppliers, and other service providers associated with their roofing business. Bumble Roofing maintains the authority to use or transfer these records as they see fit, both during the franchise term and after its termination, expiration, repurchase, or transfer. This grants Bumble Roofing significant control over the franchisee's business data and customer relationships.
Furthermore, Bumble Roofing reserves the right to contact any or all of a franchisee's customers, suppliers, and other service providers for purposes such as quality control and market research. These contacts can be made for any other purposes that Bumble Roofing deems appropriate, at their sole discretion. This clause gives Bumble Roofing broad latitude to communicate with a franchisee's business contacts, potentially impacting the franchisee's direct relationships and business operations.
