Bumble_Roofing Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You are strongly encouraged to order sales and marketing material from our designated supplier(s). It is a material breach of the Franchise Agreement to use other marketing material without prior written approval. If you desire to use your own advertising materials, you must obtain our prior approval. We will review your request and we will respond in writing within 15 days from the date we receive all requested information. Our failure to notify you in the specified time frame will be deemed a disapproval of your request. Use of logos, Marks and other name identification materials must be consistent with our approved standards. You may not use our logos, Marks and other name identification materials on items to be sold or services to be provided without our prior written approval. If we approve of promotional items or services that will be sold in your Roofing Business, those items or services must be included in your gross revenues.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, using marketing material without prior written approval from Bumble Roofing constitutes a material breach of the Franchise Agreement.
Bumble Roofing requires franchisees to order sales and marketing material from their designated suppliers. If a franchisee desires to use their own advertising materials, they must seek prior approval from Bumble Roofing. Bumble Roofing will review the request and respond in writing within 15 days of receiving all the necessary information. Failure by Bumble Roofing to respond within this timeframe is considered a disapproval of the franchisee's request.
Furthermore, the FDD states that the use of logos, Marks, and other name identification materials must adhere to Bumble Roofing's approved standards. Franchisees cannot use these identifying materials on items for sale or services without first obtaining written approval from Bumble Roofing. If Bumble Roofing approves promotional items or services to be sold in the Roofing Business, the revenues from those items or services must be included in the franchisee's gross revenues.
