Bumble_Roofing Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Our training is conducted by: David Bitan, who has 16 years of experience in the field and 5 years of experience with the BUMBLE ROOFING® system; and Jake Mathre, who has 1 year of experience with the BUMBLE ROOFING® system and 8 years of experience with Empower Brands franchise operations. We may change, supplement or substitute training personnel as necessary, and we may delegate our duties and share our responsibilities with regard to training. Any individual involved in training will have at least one year of experience in the subject he/she teaches.

We use the Operations Manual as the sole reference material during our training sessions. New franchisees receive a copy of the Operations Manual and are instructed to carefully review its content.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training program is conducted by specific individuals with experience in the roofing and franchising industries. David Bitan, who has 16 years of experience in the roofing field and 5 years of experience with the Bumble Roofing system, is one of the trainers. Additionally, Jake Mathre, who has 1 year of experience with the Bumble Roofing system and 8 years of experience with Empower Brands franchise operations, also conducts the training.

Bumble Roofing retains the right to modify the training program, including the personnel involved. The FDD states that Bumble Roofing may change, supplement, or substitute training personnel as necessary and may delegate training duties and responsibilities. However, any individual involved in training will have at least one year of experience in the subject they teach. This ensures that franchisees receive instruction from individuals with relevant expertise, even if the specific trainers change over time.

For a prospective Bumble Roofing franchisee, this means the initial training will be delivered by experienced professionals, but the exact individuals may vary. It is important to note that Bumble Roofing uses its Operations Manual as the primary reference material during training sessions. New franchisees receive a copy of the Operations Manual and are expected to review its content carefully. Franchisees should confirm who the current trainers are and what their specific qualifications are at the time of training.
