Provide an initial training course for you, or if you are not an individual, your Designated Business Manager and one additional person in California, Virginia, or at another location we designate (Section 7.3(d) of the Franchise Agreement).
Loan you one copy of our confidential and proprietary Operations Manual no later than the start of the initial classroom training. The Operations Manual consists of one or more manuals, technical bulletins or other written materials and may be modified by us periodically.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training course is held in California, Virginia, or at another location that they designate. The franchisee, or if not an individual, their Designated Business Manager and one additional person must attend the initial training course. There is no tuition or fee for the initial training program for the franchisee, their Designated Business Manager, or additional staff members as mutually agreed upon.
However, Bumble Roofing does not cover any travel expenses, lodging, meals, ground transportation, or other personal expenses associated with attending the training. The franchisee is responsible for these costs, as well as the Designated Business Manager's salary and benefits.
Franchisees should consider these costs when budgeting for the initial investment. It is also important to note that Bumble Roofing may change the location of the training at their discretion, so franchisees should be prepared to travel to different locations if necessary.
