What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training course for franchisees, or their Designated Business Manager, will be held in California, Virginia, or at another location that Bumble Roofing designates. This training is a mandatory part of becoming a Bumble Roofing franchisee, and it must be completed before the franchisee begins operating their roofing business.
Bumble Roofing does not charge a tuition or fee for the initial training program for the franchisee, their Designated Business Manager, or any additional staff members that are mutually agreed upon. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, personal expenses, as well as the salary and benefits for the Designated Business Manager during the training period.
Prospective franchisees should consider these costs when planning their initial investment. It is also important to note that Bumble Roofing may hold future training events at their Richmond, Virginia headquarters or at a location of their choosing, and attendance may be mandatory, incurring additional costs for the franchisee.
