What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing may require franchisees or their Designated Business Manager to attend supplemental and refresher training programs. Bumble Roofing reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for these supplemental and refresher training programs.
If Bumble Roofing charges a fee for these programs, the franchisee is responsible for paying the then-current fee, as well as covering all personal travel and living expenses associated with attending the training. This means that in addition to the training fee itself, franchisees must budget for transportation, accommodation, meals, and other incidental costs.
This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry, where franchisors often provide ongoing training to ensure consistency and quality across all franchise locations. However, the cost of these programs can add to the overall investment, so prospective Bumble Roofing franchisees should inquire about the frequency and cost of supplemental and refresher training to factor it into their financial planning.
