What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumble Roofing's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumble Roofing can change the designated suppliers for Computer System upgrades. The FDD states that upgrades, in some cases, may only be available through Bumble Roofing's suppliers. Bumble Roofing may change the designated suppliers occasionally, but they will provide written notice to franchisees.

Neither Bumble Roofing nor any supplier has any obligation under the Franchise Agreement to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates to the Computer System. Bumble Roofing estimates the cost of optional or required maintenance, updates, and upgrades will be $0 to $500 per year.

This policy gives Bumble Roofing flexibility in managing its supply chain and technology standards. However, it also means franchisees must remain adaptable to changes in suppliers and potential cost fluctuations for computer system upgrades. Franchisees should factor these potential changes into their budget and business planning.
