What This Means (2025 FDD)
The 2025 Bumble Roofing Franchise Disclosure Document does not specify any documentation or forms that must accompany the royalty fee payments. The document states that the royalty fees are payable to Bumble Roofing on or before the 5th day of each month throughout the Initial Term of the Franchise Agreement and any Interim Period.
Bumble Roofing franchisees are required to pay these fees monthly, or in another frequency if Bumble Roofing specifies in writing. The FDD also notes that the franchisor has the right to change the royalty fees and how they are determined in any Successor Franchise Agreement that a franchisee may sign.
While the FDD does not explicitly state what must accompany the royalty fee payments, it is common practice for franchisors to require a report of gross sales or other relevant financial data to calculate the royalty fee. A prospective Bumble Roofing franchisee should clarify with the franchisor the exact method of payment and reporting requirements associated with royalty fees.
